How can I find out what's in the archives?

How can I find out what's in the archives? I'm doing a research project and I'd like to know if the Archives have any relevant materials

Answer

The archives maintains a few databases designed to aid researchers in finding relevant primary source material. One such database is ArchivesSpace.

If you are interested in viewing our digital collections only, you can navigate to our digital repository or our photograph collection on JSTOR, formerly ARTStor.

However, none of our databases and repositories are encyclopedic, and the most surefire way to find out if the archives contains relevant primary source material is to contact us at discovery_access@wheatoncollege.edu with a detailed description of your research project. Please allow several days for a response.
