Can I request a chapter scan from a book in the Library's collection?
Answer
Wallace Library has a responsibility to ensure that any digital documents we produce meet current accessibility standards.
At this time, we are unable to fulfill in-house scan requests or interlibrary loan chapter requests for materials available at the Library. We continue to fill interlibrary loan requests for materials not available at the Library.
To scan materials available at the library, use the Zeta scanner at the Information Desk. Instructions are posted, and staff are available to help.
If the book you need to scan is unavailable, please submit an interlibrary loan request for the chapter that you need. These requests will be filled in the order they are received. Wait times for remediation are unknown at this time.
If you are a student requiring an accessible version of an assigned course text, contact Accessibility Services.
